I do pretty good ...I'm hoping to stay off them. I do pretty good for a while about eating right, but then I go into a binging state. But that was before the diabetes diagnosis. I am hoping the fact of diabetes and the fear of being stuck on meds forever will keep me from binging and sweets. As for the exercise, that is a dirty word. Always has been in my book, but I am trying. I have always been a somewhat active person, just not actively pursuing exercise. You are pretty active from what I can tell of all the work you do with Ody and around your house. On days you are taking a break from that, be sure to go for a long walk..
